  • Game 1: Victoire 3, Charge 2 (OT)

  • Game 2: Victoire 2, Charge 1 (OT)

Just like in Game 1, extra time was needed in this thriller at Place Bell, as Maggie Flaherty connected on the game winner off a perfect pass from Marie-Philip Poulin. Sarah Wozniewicz had opened the scoring to give Ottawa a 1-0 lead in the first period.

  • Game 3: Charge 2, Victoire 1

With the Walter Cup in the building, Game 3, like Game 1 and Game 2, was a nail-biter until the very end. In front of a record-setting playoff crowd and with their backs against the wall, Ottawa forced a Game 4 with hometown hero Rebecca Leslie scoring the go-ahead goal with less than a minute remaining in regulation, her fourth goal of the playoffs. The two sides will be back at it Wednesday night.

  • Game 4: Victoire 4, Charge 0

Despite their best efforts, the Charge were unable to push it to a Game 5 as Montréal defeated Ottawa 4–0 to claim the Walter Cup.

SEMIFINALS: CHARGE 3, FLEET 1

CHARGE ADVANCE

The Charge take down the Boston Fleet in four games, winning the series 3–1. Ottawa will now get the chance to play for the Walter Cup against the Victoire.

  • Game 1: Fleet 2, Charge 1

Jocelyne Larocque got the party started, but the Charge were unable to stave off the Fleet as they fall in Game 1 of the series.

  • Game 2: Charge 3, Fleet 1

Gwyneth Philips was outstanding between the pipes, shutting down Boston’s attack to backstop Ottawa to a crucial win and even the series at one game apiece. Goals from Ronja Savolainen and Fanuza Kadirova, along with an empty-netter from Gabbie Hughes, ensured the Charge head back to Ottawa with a win after taking Game 2 in Boston.

  • Game 3: Charge 2, Fleet 1

Ottawa pushes Boston to the brink with a 2–1 victory in Game 3. A shot off the back wall ricocheted toward the crease and off Aerin Frankel to give the Charge the lead with under 30 seconds to go in the game. Ronja Savolainen gets credited with the goal, her second of the postseason. Ottawa will look to clinch a spot in the Finals on Sunday.

  • Game 4: Charge 4, Fleet 3 (OT2)

The Charge are heading back to the Walter Cup Finals. After winning Game 3 late in the third period, the Charge made sure the series ended in Ottawa, with Michela Cava getting the winner just over a minute into the second overtime period. The Charge will play the winner of Minnesota and Montréal, who face off in a winner-take-all Game 5 tomorrow.
