The PWHL reached a historic milestone, surpassing one million fans in attendance since its launch. The PWHL achieved the one millionth fan with a crowd of 14,288 during the Takeover Tour™ Detroit Presented by Ally featuring the Minnesota Frost and New York Sirens at Little Caesars Arena on Sunday, March 16.

We are proud to celebrate Indigenous Heritage with activations across our Canadian teams, including the unveiling of special Unity Game artwork created by Indigenous artist Alanah Astehtsi̲' Otsistóhkwaˀ (Morningstar) Jewell, a Bear Clan member from Oneida Nation of the Thames.

This Women's Empowerment Month, we are celebrating the women shaping the future both on and off the ice as part of our Unity Games series. This series is dedicated to bringing together players, fans and communities. Join us in our efforts to to inspire future generations of women to continue breaking barriers and achieving success.

The PWHL, Bauer Hockey, and select youth hockey associations are teaming up to introduce girls (ages 5-10) to the game we love! The PWHL's "Ready, Set, Skate" program is designed to give beginners an unforgettable first hockey experience—full of fun, learning, and excitement. This 8-week program will help young players build confidence and skills alongside their hometown pro team! Best of all, every player will receive a brand-new, head-to-toe Bauer equipment package—yours to keep!

The PWHL Breakthrough Cup powered by PLAY Hockey is the first of its kind, bringing together girls teams of all ages and skill levels to pave the pathway to women's professional hockey. Held in Minnesota from April 4-6, 2025, It will be an unforgettable experience with an opportunity to interact with the stars of the PWHL and will include many more exciting activities.
