With the first pick, the New York Sirens selected Czech forward Kristýna Kaltounková out of Colgate University. Kaltounková recorded 26 goals and 22 assists for Colgate last season, totaling 48 points in 37 games.
With the second pick, the Boston Fleet selected American defender Haley Winn out of Clarkson University. Winn posted 14 goals and 32 assists from Clarkson's blue line last season, for a total of 46 points in 38 NCAA games.

The New York Sirens took American forward Casey O'Brien from Wisconsin with the third pick in the draft. The Sirens acquired this pick in a trade with Toronto for defender Ella Shelton, giving them two of the Top-3 picks. O'Brien stacked up 88 points in 41 games last season, leading the Badgers to the 2025 NCAA title.

With the fourth pick, the Montréal Victoire selected Canadian defender Nicole Gosling out of Clarkson University. Gosling, the second Clarkson blueliner taken in the Top 4 and the first Canadian taken in the Draft, totaled 39 points in 40 games last season.
The Ottawa Charge selected American defender Rory Guilday out of Cornell University with the fifth overall pick. Guilday posted nine points in 30 games at the NCAA level last season and has multiple years' experience with Team USA at the World Championships.
With the sixth pick, the reigning champion Minnesota Frost selected Canadian defender Kendall Cooper out of Quinnipiac University. Donning the captain 'C' for her final season at Quinnipiac, Cooper totaled 26 points in 37 games.
With the seventh pick, PWHL Vancouver's first draft selection as a franchise was Finnish-Danish forward Michelle Karvinen. Karvinen, an experienced professional out of Swedish club Frölunda, tallied 35 points in 32 SDHL games last season.

PWHL Seattle's first ever draft selection was American forward Jenna Buglioni, taken with the eighth pick out of Ohio State University. Buglioni was the first of six Ohio State Buckeyes selected this year, the most of any NCAA program. Buglioni totaled 42 points in 38 games last season, the third most on the team.
