VANCOUVER (October 7, 2026) – The Vancouver Goldeneyes have announced their training camp roster in preparation for the 2026-27 Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) season with 28 players who will hit the ice at the PNE Agrodome. The Goldeneyes will open training camp on Wednesday, Nov. 18, following the completion of the 2026 IIHF Women’s World Championship taking place in Denmark from Nov. 6-16.
“Our players and staff are eager to get on the ice together for the first time this season at training camp,” said Alison Izzi, Goldeneyes General Manager. “We know we have a strong roster in our signed players and are looking forward to seeing where we can add even more depth. Training camp will be a great opportunity for this group to start building on what we learned in year one and creating chemistry on the ice that will take us to the next level in year two.”
The camp roster consists of 15 forwards, nine defenders and four goaltenders, and includes 19 players who are already signed for the upcoming season and 16 who were members of the Goldeneyes during the team’s inaugural season.
As part of training camp, the Goldeneyes will play two preseason scrimmages at America First Center in Henderson, Nevada on Monday, Nov. 23 at 2 p.m. PCT against the Minnesota Frost and Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 1 p.m. PCT against PWHL Las Vegas.
The Goldeneyes will open the 2026-27 regular season at home on Saturday, Dec. 5 at 1 p.m. PCT at the Pacific Coliseum against the Seattle Torrent.
