Minnesota Frost Season Ticket Member FAQs
Yes. All Season Ticket Members who renew for next season will be provided an exclusive Seat Relocation opportunity following the renewal period. Specific dates and times will be communicated to renewed Members via email at a later date. During the Seat Relocation opportunity, renewed Members will also have the opportunity to add seats.
Members have the option to Pay in Full or spread payments across eight equal interest-free installments of 12.5% of the total value of your Membership. You will automatically be enrolled in the same payment plan you selected last season. If you would like to make any changes to your payment plan or update your payment method, please log in to your account.
There is no deadline to renew your season tickets. Your membership is set to automatically renew, so you don’t need to take any action to keep your seats. If you’d like to review your renewal details, you can log in to your Account Manager and view your invoice at any time.
You can choose to pay in full or select the 8‑installment plan, with each installment representing 12.5% of the total. The first payment will be processed in early May, and the remaining payments will be charged on the first of each month. Exact dates and times will be communicated to you by your team.
To update your payment plan or change the card on file, simply log in to your Account Manager, open your invoice, and make the necessary updates.

To maintain your season ticket holder status and remain eligible for relocation, you must not opt out. No action is required. Your seats will automatically renew. Once the renewal period ends, you’ll have the opportunity to relocate before the 2026–27 season.
Seats are automatically renewed unless you opt out during the 30-day opt-out period.
A 12.5% deposit is required to secure your seats. Payments will be processed on the first of each month.

Following the renewal period, there will be a relocation event that allows you to purchase additional seats and relocate seats if desired.
No. Playoff games are not included in your Season Ticket Membership. However, Full Season Ticket Members receive priority access to their same seats for the 2027 PWHL Walter Cup Playoffs. You’ll need to opt-in to purchase your Playoff Package if you plan to attend.
Takeover Tour games are held in outside markets and are not included with your Season Ticket Membership. Special Events take place in our home market at alternative venues and are included in your Season Ticket Membership.
The past two seasons, the schedule was released in late September or early October. We continue to work closely with our venue partners to release the schedule as soon as it's finalized.
If you wish to transfer your Season Ticket Membership, please complete the Opt‑Out form and enter the information for the person you’d like to transfer it to in the designated field.
The opt‑out form includes a field where you can indicate if you want to opt out of only some of your seats. You’ll also be able to choose which seats you wish to keep and which ones to remove.
Yes. The resale function will be available.
