Doors open 1 hour before puck drop, unless otherwise noted due to other pregame activities or events.
Per Grand Casino Arena’s security guidelines, clear bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” and small clutches no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” are permitted. Backpacks and larger purses of all sizes are not permitted, with the exception of childcare or medical bags that will be subject to additional screening. Please note that all guests will be subject to security screening at the entrance. As these checks may slow down entry, we recommend arriving early.
Banners and signs no larger than 2 ½ feet x 2 ½ feet and contain NO sticks, poles or offensive/vulgar language are allowed in the arena. Banners and signs may not be hung or fastened anywhere in Grand Casino Arena. Signs must be handheld and displayed at appropriate times without impeding the experience of other guests. This is subject to change at any time based on a specific request from the event or promoter.

Cameras with a detachable lens or lens of more than three and a half (3.5) inches are prohibited from all Grand Casino Arena events. The use of flash photography may also be prohibited. The event producer reserves the right to deny camera use at any time before or during the event and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable. Video recorders or digital cameras with recording capabilities are prohibited at any time during an event. Grand Casino Arena reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that staff deems unacceptable. Audio recorders are not allowed at any time.
The PWHL is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all fans. Please refrain from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language, or obscene gestures. Do not engage in fighting or the throwing of objects. Please report any violations of these rules to the nearest usher, security or guest services staff member. Be aware that pucks can be propelled into the spectator area with enough force to cause serious injury. Please remain alert at all times.
