Doors are open one hour prior to puck drop.
For the safety of our guests, and to expedite the entry process, Climate Pledge Arena encourages guests to not bring a bag if possible.
If necessary, PERMITTED bags include:
ONE BAG (clear or other) no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″
OR
ONE SMALL CLUTCH/PURSE/WALLET no larger than 4″ x 6″ x 1.5″
ALL BAGS LARGER THAN A CLUTCH (including medical, diaper/parenting and clear bags) must go through x-ray screening at designated bag lines located at primary entries. All contents must comply with Climate Pledge Arena’s dimension and prohibited items policies.
SECURITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ALL BAGS PRIOR TO ENTRY.
Unless otherwise noted for a specific event, Climate Pledge Arena welcomes guests to bring small signs, banners, and posters to show fan support during events. Signage cannot exceed 24″ x 36″ in size, be affixed to a stick or pole, or be commercial in nature.
Climate Pledge Arena management may deny entry or use of signs, banners, or posters deemed to be unsafe, inappropriate or displayed/used in a way that interferes with the enjoyment of the event by others.
All size of signs are subject to change based on tour approval.
Autographs and player Meet-and-Greets are available as a group experience. More information can be found here: Seattle Torrent Group & Fan Experiences
