Boston Fleet
Hannah Bilka | January 5, 2025 | Seattle, WA
On the ice at Climate Pledge Arena kicking off the Takeover Tour, Hannah Bilka took a clean pass from Megan Keller and buried it. The goal, Bilka's second of two power-play goals last year, put the Fleet on the board and paved the way to a 3-2 shootout win over Montréal.
Minnesota Frost
Michela Cava | Feb. 23, 2025 | St. Paul, MN
In the closing seconds of a first-period power play at Xcel Energy Center, Michela Cava made the home crowd proud. Taking a quick pass from Dominique Petrie behind the net, Cava shoots the puck past Kristen Campbell right in front to get the Frost on the board. Cava's power-play tally was her team-leading third of the season.
Montréal Victoire
Jenn Gardiner | Nov. 30, 2024 | Laval, QC
Jenn Gardiner got her PWHL career off to quite the strong start. Taking the ice for her first game as a PWHL Rookie, Gardiner scored a power-play goal - featuring an assist from her former college teammate Cayla Barnes - to tie the game with less than 10 minutes left in regulation and force overtime. Marie-Philip Poulin then did what she does best and clinched the shootout win for Montréal in their home opener.
New York Sirens
Sarah Fillier | March 25, 2025 | Ottawa, ON
2025 Rookie of the Year Sarah Fillier scored the fourth of her league-leading five power-play goals when a clean move got her past Tereza Vanišová, and an even cleaner shot went into the net. The power-play goal was the second of an explosive six-goal third period for the Sirens, turning a 3-0 deficit into a decisive victory on the road.
Ottawa Charge
Brianne Jenner | Feb. 13, 2025 | Ottawa, ON
Helping her Ottawa Charge set the PWHL record for most goals in a regular-season game, captain Brianne Jenner scored a slick one-timer off of a Shiann Darkangelo pass to convert a third-period power play in front of a raucous home crowd.
Toronto Sceptres
Hannah Miller | December 31, 2024 | Toronto, ON
Hannah Miller, whose four power-play goals shared second best in the league last year, converted a big time power play on home ice for New Year's Eve. Spotting a rebound off of an Emerance Maschmeyer save, Miller delivered a strong shot from the face-off dot to light the lamp at Coca-Cola Coliseum.
