The Toronto Sceptres are excited to support organizations in our community that are making a positive impact. Donations are a meaningful way for us to give back and help create change. If you're seeking support, we welcome your request! Our process is simple and designed to help us make the biggest impact possible. Donation Requests
To submit a donation of goods request, please complete the form below:
Request Eligibility
- Only requests submitted via the linked form will be accepted. We do not accept email, phone calls, faxes or mailed considerations.
- Requests must be received by the Sceptres at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event.
- Requester must be a registered 501(c)(3) in the United States or be a nonprofit organization with a CRA registration number in Canada.
- Teams will not fulfill requests that are in the markets of other teams (i.e. Ottawa will not fulfill in Toronto).
- Organizations must support or benefit hockey, underserved youth & families, hockey access/retention, inclusion, or women’s equity.
- Request must be for fundraising purposes only: Raffle, live or silent auctions
- Requests related to the following are INELIGIBLE:
- Awards, prizes or incentive programs
- Individuals or political groups.
- Requests for operating expenses and monetary donations.
- Third-party fundraising or campaigns (walks or runs, fundraising teams, etc.)
Request Restrictions and Fulfillment
- The PWHL cannot accept items, including player cards or photos, to be autographed by the players.
- Donations are limited to one request per organization during each calendar year.
- You will receive a notification if your request is approved or unable to be fulfilled.
- You will receive a notification when your request is processed.
- Please do not contact us regarding the status of your donation. Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests received, no phone calls, faxes or emails will be accepted.
- If approved, donations can be picked up at our designated team location.
- All donation decisions made by the PWHL are final.
