Public transit is the best way to get to Montréal Victoire games at Place Bell.
- Metro: Montmorency station (Line 2 – Orange) is just a short walk from the arena. It is fully accessible via elevators. Before heading out, check the elevator service status.
- Transit Tickets: To make your trip hassle-free, purchase your tickets in advance to avoid lines on your way back. "All Modes AB" tickets allow travel between Montréal and Laval.
- Mobile Ticketing: If you have an OPUS Zone B card, you can purchase your tickets directly through the Chrono mobile app!
For Montréal Victoire games:
- The gates open 1 hour and 30 minutes before game time, providing access to the concourses, team store, concessions, and restrooms.
- Seating access begins 1 hour before puck drop.
- The time on your ticket prevails.
Per Place Bell’s security guidelines, backpacks or bags larger than a handbag or briefcase are not allowed and cannot be checked.
Please note that all guests will be subject to security screening at the entrance. As these checks may slow down entry, we recommend arriving early.
Personal signs are not permitted inside Place Bell to help speed up security checks.
A sign-making station is available inside the arena at Sections 111-112.
After each home game, a few Victoire players meet with 50 fans for an autograph session at section 105.
To participate, pick up a wristband at the Info-Victoire booth in sections 113-114 as soon as the doors open.
Unless authorized by the producer, cameras, camcorders, GoPros, and any video devices are prohibited.
Non-professional cameras are generally allowed during events at Place Bell, but policies may change depending on event directives. Professional cameras (with detachable lenses and/or over 2 inches) are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated.
The PWHL is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all fans. Please refrain from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language, or obscene gestures. Do not engage in fighting or the throwing of objects. Please report any violations of these rules to the nearest usher, security or guest services staff member. Be aware that pucks can be propelled into the spectator area with enough force to cause serious injury. Please remain alert at all times.
