Alina Müller leaves the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 with a bunch of notable statistical achievements and a bronze medal around her neck—the crowning achievement in what has been a stellar tournament for the Boston Fleet forward.

For Müller, it marks her second Olympic medal after also capturing bronze at the Sochi 2014 Games when she was just 15 years old. The bronze medal game against Sweden was her 26th career Olympic appearance, tying her for sixth all-time. Her overtime winner lifted her career Olympic goal total to 16, ranking fourth all-time in women’s Olympic hockey history.

Müller finished Milano Cortina 2026 with six points in seven games, including four goals. She recorded points in five of Switzerland’s seven games, highlighted by game-winning goals against Finland in the quarterfinals and Sweden in the bronze medal match.

Müller will now returns to her role as an alternate captain and one of the top players on the PWHL's Boston Fleet as they continue their pursuit of the Walter Cup. She has 9 points in 14 PWHL games played so far this season.
