USA Hockey named Seattle Torrent forward and five-time Olympian Hilary Knight, opens in a new tab captain of the 2026 U.S. Olympic Women’s Ice Hockey Team it was announced today by USA Hockey, opens in a new tab.
Alternate captains on the team were announced as Alex Carpenter, opens in a new tab, also a high-scoring forward on the Torrent, and Megan Keller, opens in a new tab, defender from the Boston Fleet.
Knight also serves as captain of the Torrent, opens in a new tab with Carpenter one of her alternates, while Keller is the captain of the Fleet, opens in a new tab.
